The name given to the event is: ” RED TREVISO – Flowers Winter ” and provides a great corner exposure and sales promotion carried out in collaboration with the Consortium and the products (Early, Late Treviso red chicory and Castelfranco Variegated) will be supplied by the GreenFruit of Trebaseleghe (PD).
The Showcooking will be presented by Ilenia Bazzacco , born and resident in Asolo (Treviso ) , Italy Masterchef finalist in the first and the author of “Cooking with Style” , which has recently published its radicchio as the star of many dishes.
