The International Metropolis Conference 2014 of Milan will be an opportunity not only to explore the themes of immigration, but also to discover the Italian treasures, thanks to the sponsorship of Expo 2015, the Universal Exhibition entitled “Feeding the planet. Energy for life”. The conference aims to highlight the contribution that cultural diversity brings in terms of power and wealth, in the light of the challenges posed by migration to modern society, whether they are the points of origin and destination countries.
