The festival of the Radicchio di Treviso celebrates the goals achieved with “the road of Radicchio”. A renewed exhibition that enhances all the Protected Geographical Indication varieties IGP, involving expert chefs and promising young people.
An event that, in addition to promoting the territory, assumes an increasingly supportive connotation.
It starts in Rio San Martino di Scorzè (Ve) on Friday 9 November 2018 with the 37th edition of the Red Radicchio Festival of Treviso IGP.
The program is extremely prestigious and varied, the result of a well-tested organization and the increasingly determined will to make the territory of radicchio, its products and its culture the protagonist.
This year the collaborations will be the masters, with the students of the Istituto Maffioli for the San Martino Gala and the Unione Cooks of Veneto for the Rio Solidale evening – At the table with the taste of solidarity.
Founded on the occasion of the 32nd edition of the Radicchio Festival, the “House of the IGP of Veneto”, founded on the three consortiums of the IGP red radicchio of Treviso, Verona and Chioggia, continues to be the protagonist of the event that promotes Veneto products and territories.
The red thread of the three radicchio will cross and connect the initiatives and events of the entire event.
